The circumstance was me talking to my therapist about painful topics, i have my period really bad and i just upped my lexapro to 15 from 10 and was put on busparone i am also really tired, do u think i’m gonna get a panic disorder? Or was it this one time.

NO! your not going to develop and panic disorder, what happened is that you are dealing with feelings that cause anxiety in the first place.
this is what caused you to feel the panic, you need to work through it.

If you do get a anxiety disorder, which is doubtful because it was only when you were talking about painfull things that this occured, but it is not that big of a deal nor the end of the world. I have an anxiety disorder- I take nerve pills when I feel overly anxious. I have been fine for awhile now though. Just calm down :)

I know because when I started therapy I went through it to but now i am a world better. Just keep reminding yourself the panic is only temporary and acknowledge that the things that you were talking about affect you as much as they do. You WILL get better!!

Good luck on your journey!

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI – Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication. There’s this strange herb called "St John’s Wort" – it is said to be more effective than Prozac. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John’s Wort works like prozac. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced… you have that "learned behavior" in your mind. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior – Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction… There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to….
