Anxiety and Panic Attacks – How can I ignore them and get some sleep?
I have this work to be done tomorrow and I’m having panic attacks and anxiety over it, even throwing up. I need some sleep but I can get it out my head, is there anything i can do now to clear my head and get some sleep?
Well I suppose by now you are into the next day and its all over. If this happens a lot i would consider seeing a professional who can counsel you about these feelings. Medication really is only a temporary answer and counselling or psychotherapy can get to the bottom of it and assist you in feeling more confident when under pressure whilst also offering a longer term more permananent resolution. Dude, if you anxiety problems and you’re having panic attacks, there’s not much you can do about that. Unless you have some kind of sleeping pills, the only you’re going to get to sleep is to just try and force yourself. For the future, I would seek professional help.
