anxiety/panic attack with weed or salvia?
my friend gets (what he thinks is) anxiety attacks or panic attacks when he smokes marijuana.he said he always feels like he cant control anything he does or says. and cant ever sit still and kinda hallucinates (very little). hallucinates as in looking at something and that object just dragging across the room making it look like 1000 of the same objects. he wants to smoke salvia and try it out. is he going to have another anxiety/panic attack when he smokes this or is that usually just with marijuana?
Be very, VERY careful here. It could be that Cannabis simply causes your friend anxiety attacks. However, if he has a history of these (and even if not, even if the pot is just to blame) he should NOT touch Salvia. More times than not, the hallucinations and disassociation the user experiences are so intense if they are not prepared it can be horrifying. Someone with any history of anxiety could well suffer a very serious panic attack. Definitely not something I would recommend to your friend.

When your young and you smoke weed it can send you through loops. Usually people smoke weed(the long timers) only because it mellows them and makes them feel good with their comfort zones. But when your young and not sure about your stability and you body is not used to it, silly things can happen like smoking spit????

Intense anxiety and paranoia is a common side effect of marijuana, especially when the high is wearing off. Personally, I’ve never heard of true hallucinations before–not with marijuana anyway. But if your friend is predisposed to psychosis in any way, shape or form, it doesn’t shock me that he would hallucinate as well. Also, you might want to know that regularly smoking marijuana has been shown to sharply increase the odds of aggressive testicular cancer later in life. He just might be smoking his balls off!
