I had counselling by a Professional Psychologist last week and cost me nearly 200 sin dollars for one hour. I have found out from a pirvate hospital that a group counselling is about $80 to $100 for a one time session (about 2 hours). Worried about money is my main cause of sufferring from Panic Attack. I think I can’t add any money problem on my shoulder anymore.

I think you should find a local community mental health clinics.

They have reduced fees. You can also request a sliding scale fee to help you out.

I had one and my therapist only charged me $25.00 an hour for his time.

I would call your local United Way office & see if they know of community resources that offer the public assistance for psychological treatments

Go to your local family center they should have a counsling program that doens’t charge much and your inssurence will probably pay most of it

That’s where I go and it works well

I am not religious but prayer and meditation has allowed me to get over all of my fears.
Faith is not the absence of fear, but the essence of courage.

As far as what your unfounded fears are and what you perceive to be important, well you might consider being willing to change your perception. I did and now every day is a gift. I need very little, almost nothing to be happy today, I am happy because I choose to be happy and when I am happy I am more productive.

Do not know much about the things listed, although I do have panic attacks now and again. Being afraid is all-consuming and destroys parts of your life, its almost as if we put up these barriers so that we become afraid to live fully.

There are some psychologists that work on a sliding scale, meaning they will work with you according to how much your income is. Call around and find out who does that in your area. You might consider getting some books and reading up on things as well as joining some online groups specific to your problems. The more you know about your condition, the better you will be able to cope with it over time.
