at some occasions (interviews,meetings,discours…)a panic attack attacks me i feel weak how to get rid of it?
I have to take med’s sometime but sometime I can just breath real slow and blow out threw pursed lips and this will slow your heart rate down and you will feel calmer. Just stop and relax for a minute.

I only had 1 panic attack in my life.
the no.1 thing that helps is to comfort yourself as much as you can.
ex:talk to a friend,etc..
also sitting down helps alot,

My doctor wrote me a prescription for a few Xanax to help when I get this way. Give yours a call. He/she can help.

find the source of the anxiety. see your medical doctor to rule out a medical cause and a counselor to learn coping strategies. avoid caffeine and processed foods.

Don’t let a panic attack in the room and it cannot attack you. The bigger problem is that you see panic attacks attacking. Get some help.
