18yrs old. Bipolar/Panic/Anxiety ruining my life?

I’m an 18 year old female who has had a drug problem for a while. I have smoked marijuana for 4 years daily. I was addicted to heroin, benzos, and alcohol. I recently got sober and its a lot harder than I thought and I’m really miserable. I attempted to smoke weed when I first got out and I had horrific panic attacks. I can not sleep, and I’m not on any medication as of right now. I have obsessive thoughts of death constantly. I see my family members, and loved ones dying all the time. I have horrible nightmares when I actually do get to sleep. My mood swings are horrible and I feel like a piece of crap after I curse everyone out.. then I cry and imagine them dying and cry some more. I don’t leave my house much at all.. maybe once a week. I’m scared of everything and I have no idea what to do. I also am a hypochondriac, I think I’m dying ALL THE TIME. ANY SUGGESTIONS at all? I feel like I’m really losing it

I built a BP website for my wife when she was banned from NAMI. Long story short, there are a couple of members about your age, 17-20ish, that are in similar situations to you.

    hi..maybe i dont have answers…but my son has been diagnosed with bi polar…and he is 18 too.He has been under psychiatric and medication treatment for the past 3 years.
    I guess yours is more on the "down" side meaning you are always feeling depressed…whereas my son is more on the "up" side where he tends to burst into tempers and become rather violent physically.Anyhow what is common is the thought of dying and suicide.
    Still wat i was told by my son’s psychologist and psychiatrist…bi polar is more of an emotional problem rather than mental.So wat is more important is emotional support from loved ones (which i hope i am giving the right dose to my son)…rather than medication(which also depending on the psychiatrist point of view).
    So simply said…u need someone…..to hug u and love u…and…for u to hug and to love. Cheers.
