It sounds like you've been through soooo much, and having space that's just for you (i.e. a weekly session) might be helpful and would allow you the time and space to discharge some of the anxiety you are holding. If you have insurance, you can find someone who accepts it, and if not, there are sliding scale fee therapists... Something for the panic attacks, such as klonopin may be helpful, but should only be prescribed by a psychiatrist. Good luck to you.
