can being under extreme stress (panic attack) cause you to have an abnormal ecg?
Believe it or not, yes. People don’t know how much stress can play havoc on the system.
As for ECG reading, stress can either cause alone, or exacerbate the following conditions which would show on an ECG: Sinus Tachycardia, Premature Ventricular Complex, Premature Atrial Complex, Junctional Tachycardia.

Yes it can. Just being in a doctor’s office can do the same thing. Stress causes so many complications in so many areas, and it’s best to avoid it is possible.
