Yes it can, and also anxiety attacks can cause high blood pressure. It goes hand in hand. Usually when you have high blood pressure it’s harder to calm down after an attack.

very high blood pressure can lead to palpitations & breathlessness which in turn can cause anxiety & provoke panic attacks yes! But it would have to be wuite high!
