Can long lasting secondary depression,stress and anxiety disorder/panic attack bring forth diabetes and heart?

They do not directly cause the disease, but rather precipitate it in those with underlying problem or worsen it.

It is well known that stress related hormones like cortisol and adrenaline can elevate blood sugar and blood pressure, in those predisposed to it.

Maybe a side affect if your taking certain meds for those disorders. Be sure to watch your liver levels GET TESTED! Anti-depressants almost destroyed mine!

Yes, stick with a low fat and low sugar diet.

there is no evidence that panic attacks and anxiety disorder’s will lead to heart disease, they are not related
