i’ve been having them for a while now, and when they come on i feel like either hurting someone, breaking something, or throwing up. Slow and deep breaths in through the nose and out of the mouth while at the same time thinking "I don’t need to go to jail"……..

I can feel it. I always feel "off" before a panic attack, and I’m getting that feeling now. I don’t have any medication or anything, so what can I do now to fight off/ lessen the panic attack? call your friends and just talk about something that always cures me of a panic attack
