Coping With Panic Attacks?
Long story short, My girlfriend and I was chilling for my bIrthday which was April 5th, I was smoking marijuana and drinking beer(Bad choice/decision) when all of a sudden I just got overwelmed with wierd feelings…Heart was beating extra fast…Very nervous…Just didn’t felt like myself……About a day and a half later it wore off…Then randomly I sorta reminsce about it and it happened all over as far as heart beating, fear something was happening, etc…Went to the hospital, ran tests, check my heart, pressure, etc…everything was completely normal, but I researched ”Panic Attacks” and it just fits that category…When I think about that night, when I relize my heart beat is picking up, or just fearing somethings happening, it always goes back to that ”place”. Any advice, input, 2 cents? ANYTHING?
ye its just the hash ,tumping heart tingling rushes from your body into your head over and over with a feeling of terror thinking your going to die or something.same thing happened to me about 10 years ago .stay away from it ,there are the small few that get a bad chemical reaction in the brain .good news bud your not going to die .the chemicals will fully leave your body in about 2 to 4 weeks .very important not to drink alcohol to get rid of panic attacks because when it wears off youl be left worse .so quit drinking for a while .your panic is a fear of this horrible buzz recurring also the panic attack seems pretty scary to. just know that theres nothing wrong with you so you can move on .a panic attack is harmless even though it doesn’t seem so .if you feel another one coming on you ,do nothing about it just sit down take slow deep breaths and do nothing think about nothing only that you are fine .you will see it passes quickly and your fear will reduce and they will go away because panic only lives in fear ,you are fine tell that to yourself a100 times a day then focus on positive things that keep you outside of your own head
