Could i have a heart attack soon??? i have lots signs!!! is there anything else that could be wrong w/ my body?

I am a nineteen year old guy, has a small beer belly, has high cholesterol (average is 325 and below 200 is healthy for people of my age
I’ve been smoking cigarettes for almost 4 yrs now. last summer i took a Emergency Medical Technician certification class and found out that after a cigarette my blood pressure rose to 165 (the average) and it takes around 150-160 to have one. last night i became ridiculously drunk. this morning i woke up feeling horrible. i ate a greasy pizza, then went and had two cigarettes (not ultralights, or lights, just regular camel and not strong). this entire day since i woke up I’ve been feeling these symptoms
–anxiety, shortness of breath, nervous, feeling down/sad/ almost depressed
after my cigarette i felt like i was about to have a panic attack. my heart rate was beating ridiculously fast! i took the elevator to my room and it was about three minutes till i checked my heart rate. it was 115 but it was definitely a bit slower than how it was right after a cigarette.
i started coughing so hard my head hurt a little(kinda felt a little like a small head ache/hangover). it didn’t hurt till i started coughing. i also coughed so hard i accidentally vomited in my mouth.

please help me, give me advice. how bad in shape is my body. am i at risk to get a heart attack?

was your chest tight because all the other symptoms sound like a Cardiac Arrest and some don’t but you can stop a heart attack simply in these steps:

Eat Healthier foods such as, (grains, fruits, vegetables, meat, foods with plenty of protein, and honey nut cheerios cereal)

try to lay of the smoking and beer (i know it seems hard but trust me its a huge health risk)

try to exercise more by playing sports, try to get off the couch)

but i would mostly recommend calling ur doctor:)

Sweetie, by your own account, you are a walking death wish. You need to see your doctor and also to get into therapy, to help you take control of your life. You are not under someone else’s control, and you need to start right now, taking responsibility.

You know that your cholesterol is high and your blood pressure is high. You know your heart rate is high. Any one of these things makes you subject to having a heart attack. Alcohol and smoking make it even more likely. Coughing spikes your blood pressure and can lead to a heart attack if you are ready to have one.

More and more youngish men are having heart attacks, as their lousy diets and lifestyles catch up with them. In the majority of cases, the first symptom is the heart attack!

You know damn well you shouldn’t be smoking, drinking, eating crap.
