Could panic attack caused this?
Im 16 one day I was sitting on pc I was calm my hurt skipped then started racing really fast like a Machine gun i stayed calm didn’t freak out had no adrenaline rush 5 minutes later it went back to normal went to hospital they said it was normal i was like wtf that night I had an adrenaline rush then my heart started racing faster i knew that was a panic attack but my heart raced for no reason an no adrenaline rush was calm wasn’t panicking well i went to heart doctor 2 times they said nothing was wrong im scared it will race again some other day Oh forgott to mension my heart skipps every so often scares me

iv been to 2 of those they both said everythings fine
NO listen my heart raced without my paniking are nothing it skipped then started racing oh my god im so scared
Sounds like a normal panic attack. I pretty much went through high school having one every time I had to walk down the hall in a crowd of people to the point of not being able to breath at all.

No, this is NOT normal, and an irregular heart rate can be dangerous. Seek tests and advice from a different doctor…a cardiologist (heart specialist). Meanwhile try taking caffiene out of your diet
