My Panic Attack Solution

I’ve suffered from permanent derealization for a couple weeks now.I’m not sure if it is permanent or what, because sometimes it went and was completely normal, and sometimes returns and strikes me 24/7 I’m 14 years old. I didn’t knew what it was until I did some research and was paralyzed by fear. When I did the research of it, and realized it was this, now I have it everyday, 24/7. It’s driving me crazy!

I feel like I’m living in a dream, and even though I know that I’m normal and that I’m in reality, somehow I still can’t realize it. Please help me. I’ve been with this for over a year now, and it comes and goes, but as I mentioned before, now It’s permanent.

I’ve read The Secret, and it has helped me calmed down, but it won’t go away

I also have panic attacks and anxiety attacks because of this. I can’t sleep also because I live with the fear that it won’t go away. Please help me! I want to return to my normal life please, be back to a normal guy. Is there something (natural remedies, pills, or something), that will help me get rid of this? Please?
