Its pretty late, so I’ll be frank.
I can’t sleep and I’m a little dehydrated, but I just drank a little. My head hurts a lot and I’m very dizzy, I also suffer from panic attacks and I feel like I’m getting one now. My breathing is a little shallow,( I took my inhaler) and I’m weak.I know I sound like a hypochondriac, but I’m a little scared,…HELP!
PS: I feel like fainting, but I’ve never fainted before.

This is a repost but it may help you as well.

I am sorry that you are having these attacks. I used to have them years ago until I learned how to get them under control. Don’t worry so much about your blood pressure and only take the dose that your doctor told you to.For any of us who have ever had panic attacks, you are well aware of the feeling when one is coming on.Naturally, you start to tense up, say things like OMG, here it comes, and you actually help bring the attack on my doing this. You are now in fear of the next attack, thus bringing on another attack.
The best way to avoid an attack is to ignore it. It takes practice. Once
you feel the start of an attack coming on,immediately do something to distract yourself from the start of the attack. Grab a book, turn up the music, dust, sing, do anything that you can immediately, and the attack will not progress. It is your own fear of the attack that brings it on. You would also be wise to learn how to do deep breathing exercises to relax. This will also be beneficial for your blood pressure.
Also, don’t keep ckecking your BP, you can make yourself anxious about this alone. When I had attacks I was sure that I would have a heart attack and die. No one understands the feeling unless you’ve had them. Please try my idea’s, they will work. Good luck
