Also what are some other symptoms of suffering from Anxiety panic attacks. Is it completely normal that you feel your losing your mind iff you suffer from Anxiety? & can you die from Anxiety & panic attacks????

I know one thing though … Anxiety (panic attacks) is NOT a medical condition … Its a behaviour problem.

You can have chest pains from anxiety. It is totally normal for you to feel like you are losing your mind. Anxiety and panic attacks raise your blood pressure ALOT (from personal experience.. I went to the ER not too long ago with a panic attack and my blood pressure was 192/124). And, I hate to correct you, but anxiety is a medical condition. Generalized anxiety disorder can be treated with medication, so I would suggest that you call your doctor.

Yes, because of the mental stress, anxiety can cause those physical symptoms, as well as mental anguish. If you are asking if you can suffer long-term complications due to anxiety, maybe you should consider asking your doctor. They know your history and can look for other conditions to better inform you of the risk to your overall health.

Well, I have S.A.D. (Social Anxiety Disorder) so I hope this answers your question.
Yes, there are many symptoms of an "attack", ranging from mild sweats to chest pains. The most common is a general sense of uneasiness, sweats, shakes, and usually a lack of concentration. The worse symptoms can be rough….claustraphobic feeling in crowds, mild to severe nausia, and what seems like a full blown heart attack…which at the time makes it worse because it draws attention on yourself.
There are many types of anxiety, depending on the circumstances causing it…but you’re not alone, this is more common than most people think, and there is help out there.

I suggest you speak to your doctor, a clinic, or even a distress line and describe your symptoms. You should then be referred to a psychologist who can diagnose your anxiety and prescribe the right medication for your needs. Please do not feel a pill will cure this, most times dosage and regularity need adjusted..and/or changed….but it really comes down to opening up to your doctor and dealing with the causes of the anxiety.
The faster you get on to dealing with this, the better…because unfortunately it doesn’t just go away. It may have taken months or years to build up to having an anxiety attack, and would take just as long to feel "normal" again.
