does anxiety and panic attacks have a cure???
Absolutely.
Medication combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy should do the trick for the vast majority of sufferers.

i hate the idea of medication,.. i would like to overcome them by winning my mind.. because that is all from the mind and then it becomes physical .. and its too bad .. so i encourage you to face everything that makes you anxious try to win your mind.. and if a crowded place makes panics you then face it .. keep on doin it till then you ivercome it.. try to go out and forget all those stuff
and finally if its too bad then i would say take medicine
goood luck (K)(K) hope i helped

The problem is that somewhere in your head there is buried fear. Quite Buddhist meditation will help you find the fear and deal with it. Read self help book and find out exactly what fear is.
Hope this helps

i dont think there is…..anxiety has only been studied for a short time so theres alot we dont know about…theres been alot of controvery about it because alot of people say its different degrees of shyness. some people are shyer than others.and really i thought i was shy until the idea of anxiety/panic got in my head.then i thought sumthin was wrong,..i think you have to work really hard to face things when you have anxiety.its an ongoing battle. try to realize that there are other people like you in the world. and maybe talk to them about how they try to deal with issues….and remember alot of it is in your head(not to be mean) just relax and say f*** it its my life and im going to enjoy it today, im not going to be scared anymore cuz im missing out of life!!!!

when i had mine first, i waited for them to pass which took bloody ages, and then went to my local bar and had a few beers telling my friends i thought my coffee had been spiked because it felt like i had swallowed a trip or something. that helped a lot. i was at work when it happened which made it worse because i felt i had to speak extra quietly and move extra slowly because i was paranoid i was over exerting myself, and so was unwittingly acting over restrained. that was 8 years ago, they have never gone away but after the first several times you get used to them and can laugh them off. i think the biggest cause is worrying about money.
