Does anybody have any advice on controlling or stopping panic attacks please?
fix what you can and accept the fact that you can’t fix everything if you can not fix it realize that it is not good to keep thinking about those things because dwelling on it causes misery and anxiety Be happy about what you have and who you are. Now go look in the mirror ans smile at who that is.
