does anybody know anything about the Charles linden method which claims to cure anxiety, panic attacks etc.?
i am suffering from realy bad anxiety which is affecting my life badly. some days i am unable to go out anywhere. i am constantly anxious. i have read about the linden method and it sounds to good to be true. has anybody tried it and does it work? i dont want to pay for it if it is just a con.
If you find out let me know cause both me and my friend have the same problems as you do.

I haven’t heard of that Method before, but I’m gunna keep checking this post, cos I think I suffer that too.
I think tbh, all you need is some really good friends who you feel you can say anythng to, cos that’s helped me a bit. I have (lots of) moments but everythng should get better, it depends which situation you’re in. Don’t do anything you don’t want to.

All I know is it costs $$$, so first try the FREE methods at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page 6: anxiety, & page 8: panic attacks, and practise one of the 5 the relaxation techniques on page 2, and try the EFT method at http://www.mercola.com (Dr. Mercola provides it, free: elsewhere – $$$). IF no good, after several weeks, THEN shell out for Linden.

I looked into and researched this method when I was going through what you are. All of these methods will alrgely do the same thing which is basically as follows:
You will be told what anxiety is, its is something that you create. It is not a medical condition, which is why they say there isn’t a cure as such. Its more about mental habits, how you see the world and yourself. A way of fixing this is something called Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. You can either see a professional or if you want, get a book on it.
I suffered from really bad naxiety too, I had a panic attack last December, still don’t know what caused it but because I didnt know what it was I got VERY anxious, just like you. would affect me in public places or anywhere where I feared I couldnt control a panic attack if it were to happen. It messed me up for a couple ofm onths during which time I was willing to try anything.
The method I used is called Easy Calm, http://www.easycalm.com The guy who runs it, Jon, has been through a lot of this and he will answer your emails regardless of if you buy the program or not.
Trust me when I say this you will be cured when you realise why you are anxious. Sounds ismple I know but you need to find the part of your life that is upsetting you, could be a job, relationship or anything. Change that you will get better 100% better I promise.
Bear in mind also that if your anxiety is ruining your life which it can do for many, see a doctor about medications. There is no stigma with this as stress and anxiety are VERY common now in this modern world. You will most likely be given Fluoxetine in the first instance.
