I have severe anxiety and panic attacks for 5 years now. since the 7th grade and im a senior this year. my hands and my face especially my face seem to have that falling asleep feeling. like when you sit on your foot to long kind of thing. And it has gotten worse. can anybody help me?

Nope but I’d learn some deep breathing exercises b/c during a panic attack you’re really exhaling too much oxygen and inhaling too much
carbon dioxide. So you breathe into a paper bag until your breathing slows.

Then I suggest you stand, place your hand on your diaphragm and breathe in until you can feel your stomach cave in, then slowly exhale.

A lot of stressed people just breathe from their chest and do not get a lof oxygen throughout their body, thus the numbness.
