does prozac stop panic attacks? I have social phobia and have an oral presentation soon.?
I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, I used to take Prozac, and it helped immensely with my social anxiety. Good luck!

I am on prozac for panic attacks and anxiety problems. Reckon that makes me: also into having a ‘social phobia’ too.
To be honest I am not sure what you mean when you talk about an oral presentation?

Tell me how old you are and what your circumstances are for you to be asking this question. Sounds to me that your very young if you have to give an account of your feelings. Try to talk to me privately. I am willing to help you. I have been on prozac for nearly a year, am 60 years of age, not nuts just have anxiety problems which need prozac.
