Lately i have noticed that when i drink beer i am starting to have these uncontrollable shakes when i go to bed.
Some how i have this strange feeling that maybe they could have something to do with anxiety as they occur at approximately the same time.
I am only 27 and have drank alcohol for about 6 years (possibly quite heavily on some occasions!) but now i’m starting to worry that it could be something to do with my liver.
Once i start shaking it seems to start in my feet and then work itself into my whole body. I tell myself that it’s most likely a panic attack in fear of phoning the paramedics and wasting their time.
This horrible experience seems to go on for maybe half an hour or so and then i become exhausted, fall asleep and wake up the next morning feeling o.k.
could somebody please let me know what this is and if it’s ever happened to them because i have no idea! thnx!!!

Cut down on your drinking – you don’t say how much you drink before this happens to you. Alcohol lowers your body temperature and it is also a stimulant – so, it would be that you are experiencing some anxiety/panic.

I would imagine that if it was your liver you would have some fairly serious other problems even when you are not drinking. If you are worried, go to your GP as a simple blood test with show up liver function.

You may be drinking too much, and you are probably dehydrated, after beer, drink water

Hi Ton babes

Basically whats happening is your in m asturbation denial syndrome. When you wake up do you find that your pyjamas are stuck to your body ?

My advice is to make sure when the shaking starts that you get a firm grip of your said member and then lie back and ENJOY !!!!

Well obviously for some reason drikning no longer goes well for u….u should deffinitly cut down with it. But don’t do it sudden….if u are hooked on it can only cause a bigger problems. Take your time and reduce it bit by bit….
