During the night before a big day, do you feel anxious or have a panic/anxiety-attacks?
A big-day could be… the first-day of work, the first-day of school, etc.
I am just curious to know… if possible, describe your symptoms to me? Thanks!
Yeah! Looks like we’re not alone.
I used to feel very anxious – my body feels hot; a feeling of impending doom or going crazy; etc.
Yeap, panic-attack you can say.
ha oh yeah.
especially the first day of school.
i was so anxious that something bad was going to happen. like i was going to pass out, i had uncontrolled breathing.
but usually it only happens the day before. im usually just fine when i actually have to do the thing.

I find it difficult to sleep the night before, is that what you mean? Sometimes I will finally go to sleep only to have nightmares about being late to my first day of work or school or whatever……..

Yes i do,
i often feel like I’m spinning on an office chair when i shut my eyes and i feel as though i could go into a panic attack because i’m anxious and night time is when i think about things.

I may feel some excitement, or some dread, or some worry that I may not be able to learn quickly enough, but it is not an intense feeling, and I have no problems sleeping the night before a new job.
No, I do not get panic attacks when anticipating a big day.
