My mum used to suffer them when she was aorund my age, but grew out of it now my sister and myself both get them. I HATE panic attacks. I NEVER used to get them, but they have been brought on by genetics and one of my fears, selling to people. At the moment, I have just started a new sales job and everytime they tell me I have to jump on the phone to sell, I have an attack. It’s something about selling and forcing people to do something that makes me so uneasy and uncomfortable. I NEVER have panic attacks anywhere else, or any other aspect of my life. I have to go to work tomorrow as I am still in training and I just feel like this panic attack thing is taking over my life, I hate it so much. I know I need to keep away from a sales position, but I need this right now until I get my big job in March. This sales job pays SO well and I don’t want to leave my other jobs like I have. I have simple just walked out. I needed the urge to escape once an attack came on. For those that have suffered from this, do you have tips?? I don’t want medication.

The cure is knowing how to prevent them by changing your perspective. This article illustrates that point very well:

Remember, it takes time and practice so be patient with yourself.

work out and do yoga…
do things that help you relax

when you find yourself starting to panic
1. repeat "its ok" or "your fine" or whatever you feel like saying over and over and over again. say something that makes you feel better.
i always say "you’re not going to die" x25432
grab a paper bag or get an inhaler or something so that your breathing doesn’t feel so weird.

just try to relax. before you make the sale, breathe for a few moments. deep and slow.

hope this works for you!!

You should feel free everything and take easy. You can take medicine according to doctor’s prescription. You will meet with your good friends and kith and kin. You can express your sorrow to your friend. Can you sleep? Try to sleep.
The really unique element of the technique is that there is no need for you to regress into your past and find out why you had your initial panic attack in order to get results. All that is needed is your willingness to break out of the anxiety cycle
Please find and you can take some ideas for cure the following sites.
