hi im a cancer girl i get really sad easily and have panic attack how can i stop this?

today my taurus dad said that really upset emotional. i wasn’t really upset just really hurt emotional and sadden and had a panic attack. how can i prevent this from happening im so sick of having them. i wish i could control my emotions more and not get so sad also be more bolder alot of the times.

being a cancerian means you are very emotional. these emotions come from thoughts.now if they are nervousness,anger,depression or stressful thoughts that cause panic attacks that means that the thoughts your are thinking are dsyfunctional. emotions are very quick and they are triggered before thoughts,,when you feel bad just know you are not thinking rightly,the thoughts in your head are exaggerating the situation and that triggers the emotion.just change the thought and relax and then your emotions will follow.

If you drink a lot of caffeine (coffee, pop, etc), cut back or stop all together. Try yoga or meditation or just a nice, long walk outside to calm yourself down. If none of that is helping, see a doctor. I know some people who have to take drugs for their panic attacks and it does help.

Honey, anxiety and panic attacks have NOTHING to do with your astrological sign. Talk to a counselor or doctor. Panic attacks are not healthy and can be controlled with medication and or therapy.

eventually u will be able to not take everything personally. try to realize that not everyone has your emotions and they arent always sensitive to that. listen to soothing music and maybe go for a walk alone.

i can totally relate as i have been having panic attacks for years now and very prone to depression, my mom is an aquarious and when she says something mean and insensitive to me i get get in defence mode and also very sad emotionally hurt and it makes me feel beyond low and i just tend to withdraw my self. its weird how easily i get anxiety problems where i worry abt things or i get really nervous,

the thing is we cancers love our family and we look upto are parents and dont expect too much from them like how they should know what would hurt are feelings but you just control that so when they do say something insensitive we get emotionally broken and feels like a nervous breakdown so thats why i have a hard time opening up to my family or even others fear of being hurt, its weird coz people just dont understand how something they say can affect us for days because they not us, i myself have been on medication which only makes me 10 times worse and counsiling did nothing because the lady seemed like she didnt give a shit,

i cant give much advise as i,me still dealing with it, i just think i have to live with it

i can understand being cancer i too go through same thing sometime, i cant stand criticism, but maybe i love my family a lot and they too understand me which solve lot of my prob. but outside at my work place i keep distance and don’t allow anyone to get close to me except one who are my true friends and understand my nature.

Try Yoga, meditation,prayer, deep breathing exercises.
They really help.
