How can I deal with post-break up panic ?
hello. after a recent break up i get panic crises all the time, like i’m ok one minute and then the next i feel totally depressed and devastated and want to cry and then again, when my mind is distracted i feel better but sad, but later when i again remember the rejection i feel devastated. I know time is the healer, but what about now ? what can i do until i forget and not hurt ? How can i deal with these panic attacks when it happens to me ?
