i have panic attacks as well. it is hard to overcome and i am not perfect at it. but the best advise i got from a dr. was that panic attacks are an adrenaline rush. know that if you were doing something exciting your heart would race out of your chest , but you would expect that feeling. it would be exciting and you would feel all lit up. just knowing that your body has this response and it is normal (your not going to die or have a heart attack). just knowing that, can make me calmer and not so afraid when it happens. helps me to calm down knowing that our bodies do go thru this, it is just that it usually is at an expected time. hope this helps

I used to have panic attacks all the time, i couldn’t control my emotions, but now they have disappeared!!

I changed my diet, plus I used many chelation methods to remove heavy metals from my brain, now I can handle nearly every one! Plus my IQ is increasing!

I don’t eat bad foods, nothing processed, heaps of veggies (organic if possible), I don’t drink or eat any dairy products. I take about 10 chlorella tablets daily. I drink only reverse osmosis purified water, free from poisonous sodium fluoride!

There is heaps more tips but you should be able to find them your self if you choose this path.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI – Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication. There’s this strange herb called "St John’s Wort" – it is said to be more effective than Prozac. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John’s Wort works like prozac. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced… you have that "learned behavior" in your mind. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior – Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction… There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to….
