How Can You Deal With Panic Attacks?
I Have Panick Attacks Not Often But I Have Them What Should I Do To Help Stop Them Or Prevent Them
Breathing excersises is a good way.. of you find this dull then i sugget you take up Yoga, not only is it good for your body but also your overall anxiety levels and breathing control!
Another one is to be hypnotised, wether it is placebic or not just talking to it with a qualified hypnotherapist can do you no end of good!
Good Luck!x

Try and stay calm, I used to get them when I had an infected tooth and my mum used to just talk to me to calm me down and breathe into a paper bag and not concentrate on what is causing me to have the panic attack. Good Luck!

Keep reminding yourself that the fear/dread you feel is just a result of the panic attack and that it will pass.

Gosh thats awful isn’t it – I have them too from time to time
Well do you know what causes them – is it one particular thing or do they come on without warning?
If it is one particular thing – could you take someone you love and trust and ask them to go through that particular thing with you again and again until it bores you to tears
For instance since my car accident 20 years ago – I have panic attacks if we go anywhere near big bridges – I know I’m being unresonable but I can’t help it. I think that if I had to cross a bridge then I would take my husband and keep crossing it until I didn’t even notice crossing it.
Fortunately I don’t have any bridges near to me so I don’t have too many problems – it just affects me when we travel away from our local area and then I do get differing degrees of panic
I know how awful it is so I really feel for you and I hope some of the answers can help
Good luck
