How can you stop a panic attack?
read about breathing exercises (google it) and try them when you are having a panic attack.

there is only one way, the safest way but also the hardest way, no meds required, are you ready? you have to face the fear, whatever you fear of, it could be dying from heartattack, going crazy, etc. you tell yourself that you are ready to die/going crazy right now and just sit still and see what happened. it worked for me, my panic attack has been reduced to nearly none, it takes alot of courage but its the only way to get rid of it forever

u need to learn deep breathing techniques b 4 u have one when u feel one coming on breath from the stomach focus and deep breath i wonder where u can learn this at i did it once and it worked i had a panic attack many years ago out of the blue for no reason i guess it was stress.

I try to close my eyes, make my surroundings as cool as possible (turn on ac, fans, whatever)and tell my myself to calm down, that I’m going to be okay. No matter what happens you aren’t going to die, you’ll be fine.

Xanax or valium, they work fast and are quite calming.
