How do i deal with nocturnal anxiety issues and fear?
When it becomes dark i get a dreadful feeling for no reason. all of my fears come back to me at night. i’m afraid i have cancer and i’m going to go blind and i’m somehow gonna die. also when i see scary things they get stuck in my mind and a few weeks ago i saw pan’s labyrinth and i think the monster will draw a door and kill me in the shower. when i go into the bathroom i feel like theres a ghost there. i feel like something is following me when i walk around my apartment at night. when i close my eyes i see evil spirits in my mind and i think something is standing me but i cant see because my eyes are closed. i often have panic attacks. how do i stop the anxiety? (all this only happens at night and when its morning i dont feel scared or anxious)

I know how you feel, I used to have the same problem…
Any sound would make me stiffen up and stop breathing and I could never sleep.
I dreaded the night.
I really suggest talking to someone about it.
Then go to your doctor as your last resort.

Not sure how old you are but if you are younger, its normal to fear dark & creepy looking places. Face the fear squarely. Say in your mind, whatever is going to happen let it happen. There is absolutely nothing to fear. I would be more afraid of humans than spirits demons etc. Stay away from the horror movies though. Its fiction but you dont need that in your consciousness.

some people who experience depression have symptoms primarily at night and feel ok in the morning. You might want to talk to your doctor or a counselor to get some good advice

Talk with someone and get meds. See your doctor.
