How do I overcome Panic Attack specially in public places? Loo? Long Distance Travel??
Sometimes I get panic attacks in a public place or in a loo or when am travelling long distance away from my home..How to overcome it without side effects ?

clonazapam in very low dose .5 mil. will end your problem forever. the script is very innocous and is used when slight electrical disfuntion is suspected = panic
