how do i stop a panic ATTACK!!!!!!HELPP?
OK SO I GET PANIC ATTACKS ALOT BUT LIKE USUAL NOT THIS BADD!!!!! I LIKE FEEL LIKE MY HEAD IS THROBING AND ITS REALY BRIGHT!!! AND IM DIZYY!!! WHAT DO I DO TO STOP ITT!!!
Go lay down, close your eyes, and take deep breathes. Focus on something else, like a day at the beach. Think calmly!

Breathe deeply and slowly. Make sure you are filling your lungs with air instead of your chest. To do this put your hand on your stomach. Your stomach should push out when you inhale and go in when you exhale.
Close your eyes and visualize yourself in a calming place. If possible go to a quiet place that is well lit. Turn on some calming music, and use headphones to block out other sounds. Lie down if possible. It will help to be hugged or touched by someone you trust. It may help to take a walk or a soothing bath, or some other activity that is calming to you. Do something distracting like counting backwards, or even watching tv could help. It may also help to smell some lavender oil or another soothing herb.
