How do I stop my panic attacks?
I am suffering from severe anxiety and I dont know what to do. Every second of my life I feel as if someone is watching me. I am constantly thinking all the time, whether it be what people are thinking of me, or just general stuff. I get severe headaches everyday. It feels like I never get enough sleep. I have two to three panic attacks every week. I start to shake and then i breathe heavy and then my heart beats so fast that my body stops breathing for about a minute or so. My hands and extremities become numb. After my panic attack I have trouble trying to speak and walk for about two minutes. I know I have a problem but I do not want to be put on meds. Is there any natural way to get rid of this problem? What should I do?
Medication is very effective for panic disorder, and with few side effects. Other than that, there is cognitive behavioral therapy, which is more costly, takes longer and the problem tends to come back. They will also teach you relaxation techniques which you can use to overcome the attacks. I seriously recommend you reconsider taking medication, though. Some people end up killing themselves over this.

When you feel a panic attack coming on use a small brown paper bag to breathe into for abt. 5 min. Try to slow your breathing down to normal. It does help.

Hey dude, get to a doctor fast, you will need both psycho therapy and medication to cure your condition.
Don’t be shy or embarressed to seek help, do it otherwise your condition will get worse and will prevent you from doing normal everyday things.
Stay away from stimulants like coffee, energy drinks and anything that contains caffeine.
Always remind yourself that things are OK, don’t get down or depressed about anything, be carefree and don’t worry about stuff.
Good Luck Bro!

Standard answers will always include meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, self-hypnosis, etc. etc. Medication if used in small amounts may take some of the edge off initially, on a long-term basis you should be able to switch to the more or less self-curing strategies if those work for you.
The key is momentum, and giving treatments whichever one you go with time – since there’s an anxiousness, the mistake and tendency people make is to give up when results are not immediate – however results most likely are occuring but will not be noticeable until the anxiety loses momentum.
It may even temporarily gain momentum in the beginning stages of treatment because you are putting focus and attention on what you were originally trying to distract yourself from. Hope this helps kind of. VideoJug.com has a lot of anxiety videos.
Also, look at your life and external changes that can be made. The internal part is very important, and there are medical implications of anxiety, tension, panic but our bodies go into panic also to tell us that we need to make changes to our lives. You may not be able to make changes to your life at this time or want to, and that is fine, but you may be able to make changes and if so they could help in reducing anxiety as well.

You may be suffering from panic attacks because you’re not getting enough sleep. Many times they are caused by exhaustion.
You need to see your doctor so he can help you with that, and you should also see a psychologist to help you deal with the paranoia.

the only thing i can tell you is i feel the sameway too
i have anxiety attacks but i take meds for that not all the times but i do take’em once in awhile
i also found that if you just relax and listen to music while you feel this way it helps alot
i guess its because your concentrating on the music and not on the situation thats making you get all trippy
i works for me most of the time but like i said i also take medicine for my anxiety attacks
