Sometimes I have panic attacks when I take insulin. Reminds me of the time I accidentally took the wrong type of nearly killed myself on accident.

I am usually in bed when i feel a panic attack , I get up and try to find things to do that i have to think about .. Lately doing sudoku puzzles helped me. I also just pray sometimes to help me get on other thoughts ,this helps also. GOOD LUCK! hope you find a way to avoid them , they aren’t cool.

I used to get terrible panic attacks that changed my life and I still do suffer from them. I focus on my breathing and take deep dbreaths because the first thing that happens is short hollow breaths. Then after i get the breathing I try to just think about my heartbeat and being in the moment and in my body. When I had panic attacks I would be nearly out of body( watching the situation), I found these things to really help

I understand what you are going through. My wife had panic attacks for about a half year without knowing what they were. She went to a specialist and and thats when she found out she was having panic attacks. The doc wanted to put her on medication but she decide to do some research on her own instead. She got in touch with a guy by the name of Charles Linden who is an expert in this field. Well, long story short, after using his methods she stop having panic attacks…hasn’t had one in 2 1/2 years. I’ve include contact info below if you would like to check out information about his methods of dealing with panic attacks

Good Luck

I have an as needed RX for Clonazapem (also known as Klonopin) some people have good results with xanax . Just knowing I have meds to get me out of a BAD situation makes me feel more safe…
