How do you know? what does it feel like? When I get really worried about something, I start to breathe fast, and Cry. I can not help it. I do it at work, school, home, DMV, the hospital (in the business area for a medical coverage question) I just cant control it. If things get really stressful or I get really worried I start to breathe fast, get light headed (sometimes) and cry like a crazy woman. Whats up? Is that a panic attack? Sometimes these "episodes" cause me to have an asthma attack. But they are not asthma attacks on their own… I also CONSTANTLY worry about my weight, my progress in school, how good or bad my work is. If its good enough. I can not go through one day with out thinking of the WHAT IF THIS HAPPENS question. I carry tons of stuff in my purse for the "just in case" times.. And I suffer from random bouts of depression… And I always thought I had depression but that maybe now its not depression but PMDD the period crazies.. AHG What is actually wrong with me?
I guess this should go in the mental health section.

I am not a hypochondriac either, I waited 20 hours before going to the hospital when I had a food born illness and it went a way 6 hours later. LOL.

So is this PMDD, Panic Attacks, Anxiety, Depression, Also, I am on the arm implant birth control "Implanon" And my last few periods have lasted 2 weeks – 1 month.. But I had no health care to see the doc. So now that I do, I can see who ever I want for whatever I want. So what is wrong with me do you guys know? OR Who should I see about it? which doctors?

i just a bit ago asked a question, that suits your question, im feeling exactly the same, what your experiencing is a panick attack, i have them and worry like that in school, i also scream and cry like a crazy women lol, i was on the pill, and went to the docters and my panic attaks were related to being on that and being depressed, i came of the pill and tried two more which were exactly the same, im no longer on the pill, but yet still experiance panic attacks and depression, so im sort of consued too, maybe you should see your doctor or maybe a counciler? anything that suits you best to get it sorted. this might not be of any help, but just some sort of advice :)

Usually you start to sweat and think you feel bad, you think you’re going to die, you’re worried about nothing, you breath til you’re almost out of breath, you cry out of fright. panic attacks are no fun, and you won’t know you’re having til it’s over….

You are having panic attacks.I get them have been diagnosed with Panic Disorder and Manic Depression.I learned to control them. When having one just think of something else. If you can Go to a favorite spot/store or grab a family picture and just stare at it.Get your mind on something else besides the attack.Your mind is telling you that you are dying, having a heart attack but you are not.Do you have racing thoughts that look like a VCR on Fast Forward? That is a classic symptom.Dont go to the ER(Unless serious like an asthma attack!)After waiting there forever they will grin at you and say "You are too excited".I know it feels like nobody understands what you are going through but I do.If you wanna know more email me.bigmoneymakinhustla@yahoo.com

It sounds like a panic attack, but depending on your age, and the fact that you are having irregular periods, it could also be the onset of menopause.
