The things i worry about are really stupid and i think its because i stay up so much is the reason i have them… PLEASE help me i don’t know what to do……
Im generally a really chill person I don’t know what the f^%& is wrong w/ me…
Panic attacks are triggered by a subconscious reminder of a trauma that happened usually in childhood, sexual abuse, physical abuse, something that you may have seen that your conscious mind was unable to deal with in a healthy way. You probably don’t remember what caused it but some people do. There are many safe medications for panic attacks that prevent the anxiety that starts the attack. You would want to get a correct diagnosis and treatment from a psychiatrist who is the specialist. They do work and stop the attacks. You don’t have to live with them! I hope you will get help.

Hi:
You need a total physical examination to rule out any biological illness/symptoms. You also need a psychologist and/or psyquiatrist to learn techniques that will help you cope with the panic attacks and sleeping disorder. Technics such as visualization and breathing, yoga and many others are available. And getting all those thoughts out of your head and off your chest is a must. You can beat this; just need good professional help and family/friends support. Take care and hang in there! God bless…

Firstly, don’t beat yourself up! I’ve had loads of panic attacks, they’re absolutely vile but you can learn to deal with them better.
Panic attacks are just the brain going into overdrive, probably through over exhaustion, general anxiety or pushing yourself past your stress threshold.
There are lots of things you can do, medication, counselling will help. Exercise, breathing routines, healthy diet, yoga reducing stress. I’ve found the most helpful way is to actually accept the panic attack and breathe through it and refuse to be scared by it and eventually they go away. But you may need help first especially with the not sleeping so you willl get the strength to fight them off.
Best wishes and I hope everything gets better soon for you. x
