Check for a gluten sensitivity. There is a huge link between gluten and depression. (There is a theory that some people suffer from leaky gut syndrome, the wheat goes through the gut and straight to the brain, acting as a drug, which can make you feel ‘crazy’ with thoughts.)
Keep a food diary and note what foods trigger the onset of ‘fearful thoughts’ – this could be anything from wheat, dairy, eggs or oranges.
If you are lacking in Vitamin B, You can suffer the following symptoms: Feeling unreal, Hearing your own thoughts, Anxiety and Inner tension, Inability to think straight, Suspicion of people, Good pain tolerance, seeing or hearing things abnormally, having delusions and frequent mood swings. Read Patrick Holford’s "Optimum Nutrition for the Mind"
www.foodforthebrain.org is a charity and it has a free questionnaire you can fill out in order to get feedback on what you might be lacking in your diet.
Try doing Byron Katie’s "The Work" – this is a free cognitive therapy consisting of four questions to help you unwind any fearful thoughts.
If you get panic attacks, sign up for the free emails on the panicaway website.
Keep two journals. One for writing down all your feelings, this is really good for clearing out your anxieties and getting all your war onto paper, you can delete it straight after if you need to, it’s just good to really see your stressful thinking. And the other can be your gratitude journal – write down all the things you are grateful for that happened today.

I thought my son was having aheart attack. We went to the doc and they said "anxiety". So We went to the petstore to get some supplies for our other pets and he bought a mouse. He’s feeling much better, happier, calmer and he hasn’t complained once about his chest hurting. Of course he can’t bring it to school when he’ll really need it, but at least he’s got relief from the anxiety when he gets home.

Temporary solution? Get your doctor to prescribe you Zanax. For a more permanent solution, you should seek counseling. I used to suffer from really bad panic attacks and I went for about a year before I did anything about them other than take Zanax. It got to the point where I couldn’t do anything new or go anywhere alone. It super sucked. Don’t wait like I did. Go get help. Therapy really did help me and I know it can help you too

At the first sign of anxiety, start to take steps to reduce the anxiety before it has a chance to build. Try taking slow, deep breaths. Inhale to the count of eight. Exhale to the count of eight. Be sure you let out enough air. Try relaxing all the muscles in your body. Close your eyes and let your mind go blank. Drink some cool water. If you are unable to control your panic attacks on your own, getting professional help would be a good idea. I hope you will be doing better. Good Luck.

There are several ways, including therapy, medication, meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises, knowledge (reading up on anxiety/panic attacks does help), and support groups. Sometimes, lying down in a quiet place helps. Maybe play some soft, soothing music. Also, you can try self-help, talking your way through it, either out loud or mentally. Another thing that helps is having understanding, supportive friends. I hope this helps!

I find taking deep breaths help. Breathe in slowly and deeply, relax your muscles. Just concentrate on breathing slowly and deeply, dont bother if it seems odd to people around you. The last thing you need is to panic when u have panic attacks. Focus on something near you, recognise that you are going through a panic attack, cope with it. With practice, you wont feel it anymore.

Chillax,
A panic attack is your body going into "fight or flight" mode at inappropriate times. Basically you get a huge shot of adrenaline that your body has no need for. The quickest way to get over this excessive burst of energy is to do something active. My girlfriend would get these from time to time and we would go outside and run sprints for about 10 minutes. But the single best way to deal with panic attacks (aside from medication) is laughter. Laughter gives you an immediate dose of endorphins for a quick fix to the panic attack. Again this is simply my opinion and if you suffer extreme anxiety (anything that keeps you from leading a normal life) you should consult your doctor or school counselor.

hello
There are ways to control panic attack.one is practicing deep breathing when you start feeling the attack coming. it will give you a kind of relief.
During a panic attack your brain has moved into panic mode and in order to really restore order you need to learn how to switch your mental activity back to the rational part of your brain.
you need to learn a technique that will allow you to do so in a split second. try the "one move technique", it will teach you that.
good luck
Paul
