ive got a teenage daughter (need is say more) and so much stress at wk.
i feel a lot of times during the day like the room is closing in and its hard to breath,sometimes i get sick to my stomach.
most days i am shaking at the end of the day!

I’ve suffered with anxiety attacks and panic attacks before.

Usually when I’ve had one I can’t breathe, I can barely move, I have racing thoughts, my heart beats very fast and I start to shake a little bit.

In your case it’s just anxiety that is affecting you physically…try to rest and take it easy whenever you get the chance!

Panic attacks are the worst! Isuffer from them daily-I would see your dr, they may be able to prescribe you something to help calm you down. Panic attacks can cause any array of symptoms such as shakiness, dizziness, nausea, breathing problems, ect…

Yes it does seem to be more Anxiety than full blown panic attacks, but panic attacks can occur from anxiety so take it easy for a while. Stress is a huge factor in Anxiety and Panic Attacks and this is what seems to be causing yours.

There are 2 programs out there that are famous for treating Panic Attacks and Anxiety successfully.
