How to make random panic attacks stop?
I have random Panic because i’m not getting high or drunk anymore and when I look at my mom now and think of all the stuff I did I know she didn’t deserve a daughter like that. I just can’t break her heart again. =( I just don’t want to be like that anymore….

You need continued therapy and possibly medication from a psychiarist. You cannot remold a life by yourself.
If you care about those who love you, you will stay in treatment – possibly for life.
