I am 28 and I am suffering anxiety and panic attacks frequently. Anyone can help me or knows how to stop panic and anxiety attacks.

One recommended way to treat it is therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy is often used to help patients suffering from anxiety. One aspect of this involves changing the way the patient thinks or perceives certain things. By changing the way you think about certain situations, those particular situations can become less intimidating and help with the tendency to inflate a situation to an unmanageable level. Also, the patient can attempt to change their reactions to certain situations. This way is usually used for those who suffer from certain phobias. By exposing themselves to the specific things that trigger their anxiety, they will hopefully realize that the consequences for these situations are not nearly as bad as they thought.

First of all how did the panic attacks start? alcohol and drugs can cause u 2 have them. U should try to relax yr mind and stay focused on positive things and try 2 distract yr mind when you think it’s going to happen again. it is all psychological. U need to see yr doctor though asap

Get recommendations for a psychiatrist in your area who will recommend proper medication. In addition, if you are not presently seeing a therapist, seek one out so you can discuss the issue.

If money is an issue google your county’s mental health department to find low cost alternatives and support groups who can offer advice based upon members’ personal experience.

Deep breathing and soft music with meditation and perhaps yoga will assist.

If you do nothing, NOTHING will change. If you let it rule you, you will be its prisoner. Be strong. Take small steps. Take control. You have the strength to do it
