Chill out first off! Breathe and find yourself a quiet room and relax. Maybe try mediation! Works for me!

I sometimes get them, what helps me is to have someone you trust and let them know you are having them, for me to acknowledge that I am having one helps me realize that everything is fine and will be fine, sometimes moving around like jumping, or running in place helps for your body to control the heart beating since it is already racing the rest of your body will catch up, eventually you will be tired because of this which is normal. Just try to realize it is just an episode and it will be over in the matter of 5 to 10 mins. If that doesnt help try to find something that makes you happy and use that to stop it, most of the anxiety is from fear, find out what it is your afraid of and try to conquer that fear. My was suffercation and even to this day when I get a stuff up nose it kinda scares me hence why I get panic attacks. I just have my husband hug me or hold my hand until it subsides. I hope this will help you, medicine is not the key, the key is to face the fear so you can move on.
