I get to where I can’t breathe my eyes feel like they are bugging out and my heart is POUNDING, I have this constant tingly feeling that rushes from like my chest down to my bellybutton and I have this CONSTANTLY I am ALWAYS shaking my leg too but does anyone have panci attacks that bad? I went to the ER one time thinking I was dying.. how do I treat this ? No insurance!
I have had anxiety problems since I can remember. It runs in the family. A lil over a year ago I had a daughter and she is the best thing to happen to me but since having her panic and anxiety have got SO bad. I NEVER get out of the hosue for ex I want to get out so bad today but I can’t because of the way I feel. my bf thinks Im crazy. I AM going crazy

I have social anxiety disorder. I have severe panic attacks like you all the time. I am on antidepressants and anxiety meds. I had no insurance but seeked help through my local mental health clinic. They were based on a sliding scale and because I didn’t make much money I was able to get help for free including medications. Call your local help line or mental health facility to see what they offer. I have tired natural remedies and they didn’t really help. You are not going crazy. Your bf needs to educate himself on panic disorders so he can get a better understanding of what you go through in a day. You need support around you not someone telling you that you are crazy. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Yes I am the same way, feels like you are being chased by a bear. Now my doctor put me on a med that I wish I was NEVER put on but there are lots of new med’s out there to be put on to help treat this BUT without insurance it will be costly. Try a hot herbal tea you know the ones WITHOUT CAFFEINE and at GNC they have this natural herb you can take at night to help calm you down it is 100% natural.
Best wishes to you, I know 1st hand that a panic attack can feel like a heart attack!!

Sometimes I have panic attacks like the ones you describe. What you have to do when these happen is rationalize with yourself. You know that they are panic attack so tell yourself this. Then you should find a quiet place to sit and wait until they pass. Tell yourself that you’ve been through one before and came and passed. Tell yourself that you’ll get through this one and you’ll be fine. Tell yourself that you are strong and that you can get through it. Take deep long breathes with your hand on your chest and focus on your breathing. I do this while sitting down or laying down and withing a few minutes I feel much better. I also drink some water. I hope this helps!

I was like you at one time and I could not go out at all. At one time,I did go to the hospital. The docs put me on some meds and it caused other problems. It was terrible and I threw the meds away and stopped going to the hospital. The problem with the meds is that, if you take it too long, you become dependent on it (aka addicted).

I suffered for a long time until I found this web site on the internet that gave me enough information to start treating myself for FREE. Well, they have paid services too but I didn’t want to pay so I went the free route.

Site:

The thing that helped me the most was the natural medicine part here:
http://www.anxietyawareness.com/natural-medicine.php#neuro

I bought all the nutrients from my local neighborhood health store. I can tell you that for me, I felt the difference within a few hours of taking the supplements. After a week of the supplements, I am actually starting to feel normal and I hope to be 100% very soon.

By the way, before taking the supplements, I did a lot of research to make sure it was safe and what a safe dosage is. So, make sure you do your research. You do not want to over do it. Also, I am refusing to try and supplement the histamine and dopamine because my research suggests those two are not that safe. I plan on just eating a healthy diet and wait for my histamine and dopamine levels to rise on its own.

I’m doing fine supplementing Serotonine, Gaba and Acetylcholine.

Also, Want to know why having your child increased your panic and anxiety? Having a child puts a whole lot of stress on your body. It is the stress that further depletes Serotonine, Gaba and Acetylcholine.
Keep in mind that stress can be physical stress or mental stress. From what you described, being happy about the child but yet increased anxiety, I would say it was physical stress.

Good Luck to you! I hope it helps you.

There are 2 programs out there that are famous for treating Panic Attacks and Anxiety successfully.
They are: Panic Away and The Linden Method.

You may wonder, "Which one is better?" Don’t worry, you’re not the only one with that question.

The Panic Away program is more appropriate for people who can cope with their Panic Attacks or Anxiety well.
Linden Method is more for those who aren’t really good in coping their Panic Attacks or Anxiety well.

Check out the reference for the full comparison.
