Ok. This may be very long. Everyday when I go to school in the morning, I get worried that I might feel sick in school. I feel like throwing up and my stomach hurts. I feel very nervous and I cant take it. Now, I have school tomorrow an feel a cold coming on. I get even more nervous when I have a sore throat or something. How can I be less nervous and take the panic attacks away? I already have a lucky bracelet thatI use for protection but IDK. I have been like this in the first grade and then it stopped, then it started again in the seventh grade. Help me. What are some techniques you use when having a panic attack where feel like throwing up? It is not that I dont like school, I love school. I love the people I sit with in class, and I love my teacher. She is the best. I just dont understand why I get these panic attacks. It is only in the morning. If I could go to school in the afternoon, I would.

go and see a doctor

Right, I think the best thing for you to do would be to go and see a councellor so you can try and get to the root of the problem, do you feel attatched to your home or something? Is it homesickness? you need to find out why it happens before trying to solve the problem.
Good luck.

Maybe bad morning routines? Do you eat properly in the morning? Maybe get some tea/coffee or perhaps even warm milk?

If you are unsure whether the stomach pain is physical or caused by emotional feelings, then you should consult a doctor. He will be able to see if it’s really physical or just something your brain wants your body to believe.

Does this only happen in the mornings and do you feel abnormal at other times of the day and in different situations?

relax and accept that u r being panic now. know that panic in ur mind urself. just give a little probably 5 or 10 mins to feel that panic and find out why. even if u can’t find out it is ok. no one is perfect.
knowing ur panic and relaxing is better than panic coz u know u r panic

This is not unusual. Do not be afraid. It is just a sign of nerves. It has always hit me via a "nervous tummy" and the need to go to the toilet in a morning, particularly Monday. It happened on school days and still happens now I am 42 and working (tho not quite as bad). A tip given to me was to visualise or consider what the worst which could happen to me.
I suspect that, if you were to go to school only in the afternoon, you would feel this way then instead. Try not to let it beat you. it is perfectly normal. Try and think of positive things such as those which you have listed. Nothing bad can happen to you – it is possibly just fear of the unknown as to what might happen in the day. As you say, by afternoon, your mind and body realise that nothing bad will happen and you settle down.
It might help to talk to an adult member of your family or your doctor. You may need to learn some psychological techniques to help you.
Hope that helps.
Good luck

I think the thing is when you feel like your on the verge of a panic attack you need to try and break the pattern, try and deal with it differently, firstly deep breaths, try and slow your breathing, maybe count in and out for 10, then maybe write down your thoughts? what your worried about? so that there no longet just in your head and then maybe seeing them written down you might feel there easier to deal with and you cna think about whether what your worried about is actually realistic and worth all the agro its causeing you? when you start panicking things can tend to escualte and become a lot bigger in your mind, some people find breathing into a paper bag helpful as well. Focus on the positives like you said you enjoyed school and had good friends focus on that and the fact that if you did feel ill at school im sure they would all want to help you, focus on that rather than your worries.

I think maybe you need to relax. And think going to school in a good way. And tell your mom about it.And big breath and think in good things. And get help from other people. That is just what I can tell you.And I now how hard is to go to school.Because people make fun of you.But just try to relax. And try to be happy.

I have anxiety/panic disorder. I use breathing and positive thinking to get me through every part of my day. Anxiety is powered by constant worrying, you build yourself up until your body acts out and has a panic attack. You need to reduce the stress and worrying levels, and like I said above you do this with breathing and thinking good thoughts.

Take nice deep breathes, from the diaphram, listening to your breathing. This will clear your mind and relax your body and allow you to concentrate on what you are doing.
Think to yourself, even if repeating all day
" I am strong, I can do this, I am amazing, I will not throw up because I am going to breathe and relax, R-E-L-A-X relax, I am going to do my best and that is great, Yesterday I came to school and everything went fine".

Trust me you will feel so much better. It does take a little to train your brain to change negative thoughts to positive thoughts and for your body to react by going into breathing but it worked for me, just stick at it. Hope you feel better soon.
