I felt a bit funny the other day and ending up have a panic attack sort of fit, why?

I’ve got GS (liver condition) which makes me get stomach migraines, and i’ve had a panic attack because of it before. But I didn’t have a stomach pain so it can’t be my GS, i just don’t get what caused it. Any ideas?

are you drinking too much, if so this could be a source of your condition , or are you taking valium, this can cause fits if you dont keep taking it

best thing to do for anxiety it to be on a low glycemic diet(google it). Raising your blood sugar levels will cause your panic.

Hi

You should see your doc. Its not really something that someone can tell you about on here. As you have health probs – GS you should get some advice to check why it happened.

They may be able to give you something to stop it.

After a person experiences a panic attack for the first time, the experience can be so impacting that it leaves a strong imprint on the persons psyche. This mental imprint generates a cycle or loop of anxiety, whereby the person develops an unhealthy fear of having another panic attack. People can spend anywhere from months to years caught in this repetitive cycle of anxiety.

The thought itself of having another panic attack is the cause of an actual second panic attack. Basically what you fear of happening, causes your fear to happen. In your case a panic attack.

-The anticipation of a panic attack starts the wave cycle of anxiety in motion.
-The foundation of a future panic attack is laid hours before you actually experience one.
-The slightest stress trigger will then launch the full blown panic attack into motion.
-Panic manifests itself in approximately 20 minute wave like formations.

You must learn to break the fear of having another panic attack or you will never experience complete freedom from anxiety and you will keep getting panic attacks.
