it’s possible you’re experiencing high blood pressure and that’s what caused you to feel like you are having a panic attack . You need to go to your doctor and have your blood pressure checked right away. This could be a potential problem.

It sounds like your blood pressure is high. If I were you I would go see a doctor. Or go into a supermarket or pharmacy and take your pressure yourself. If the headache doesn’t go away you should probably see a doctor. I’ve had a headache once for 13 days and I thought I had a brain tumor or something, it turned out to be stress. If your pressure is normal just try and relax and take something for the pain.

i went thru that and i had high blood pressure go to your doctor and he will either give you a nerve medication to prevent the panic attacks or blood pressure meds. it might be a good idea to go ahead and get the blood pressure medicine anyway because it can result to cardiac problems. before my doctor put me on my blood pressure medicine, i took benadryl and it would relax me some and let my blood pressure go back down.

Some times when your Blood Pressure is high you get a head ache that wont go away till your blood pressure goes down. Have you had your blood pressure checked, panic attacks, anxiety,or being stressed can raise your blood pressure.
