I cant get away from it, its everywhere. every waking moment I live with it, but i do not want to live with it. I want it to LEAVE!

it makes me freaak out, get twitchy, sweaty, dizzy, SICK!
short of breath, Needing to get out and away.
I find it hard to handle the situation. I have a massive phobia..
I cant stand sick people at all…. I hate when people.. SPew.
This is serious..PLease dont torment me or make me feel
stupid :’( I dont know what else to do. I talk myself out
of things all the time because I think " what if" :(
WHat should I do. Im NOT taking anti depressants.

IS there anyone else out there like me??

If something exists then there is also a phobia to go along with it. You seem to have a major reaction. I would suggest seeing a professional. It don’t think it to be a mental illness, but a professional may be able to help you find ways to relieve the anxiety and possible understand it. Of course they are costly, but if you’re a student you might have school counselors available who could give you a referral.

Never fear, there is a medication that you can take for this – as needed. It wil help you get your life back in control. I also suffer from anxiety attacks and they are very scary and make me feel totally out of reality. I have not had one in a while now because I take a medication if I think one is coming on. It just relaxes me a little so I can get a grip again. Not addicting so that is good. Talk to your doctor about it.
