I have panic attacks and is on medication but why the only time i really dont feel good is in the morning?

I wake up feeling of empty stomach and cant really eat and how long does it usually take for my stomach to bother me?

A pill might ease this complaint but it will still exist.
Then the medication will have side effects like on your stomach

Hi, there is not enough information to really answer this question.

My advice would be to see a good NLP Practitioner. Make sure that the Practitioner can also use Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis.

The practitioner should take a detailed personal case history ( 2 – 4 hours) and the intervention/therapy required should come from the case history.

the therapy work shoul be between 2 – 4 hours and should include the following techniques (if appropriate):

1. Swish Pattern (behaviour change)
2. Time Line therapy (getting rid of negative emotions and limiting beliefs)
3. Parts integration (to resolve any internal conflics)
4. Hypnosis for ego boosting and relaxation
