Im scared to have a panic attack at school?
Okay this summer i started having panic attacks and most of the time its because of the feeling of being trapped. Now that school is going to start in 2 weeks im really scared im going to have the panic attacks during school and i wont be able to leave the classroom (trapped feeling) and i don’t know what to do. What happens if i have one during class and i cant leave and that just makes it so much worse? Please help me anything will help a lot! thank you so much!
Do your parents know? They should because they can talk to your principal before school starts, he can inform your teachers, and they should be informed so they can help you. Then if that is done you could go up to the teacher quickly when you feel it starting and go to the office, infirmary and you could have the thing, get it over with and there would only be caring adults around and looking out for you. Hope this helps, good luck honey.

Hi RomoFan. I am sorry to hear that you are suffering, it sounds like you really need some expert advice. One of my favorite websites might help you – they have online therapists that answer questions for free, they have a mental health library, online quizzes, and all sorts of good stuff. The link is below, hope this helps you.
