Hi, I have been worried. I been feeling crappy for about a month. My symptoms are mild pain in my torso and arms. One time my right hand was numb. I get dizzy once in a while. The pain randomly happens too. I also get a bit of a faster beating heart somtimes. I dont even worry or panic when this stuff happends. I get this feeling like I wonna like run or go somewhere else, and like worried…

Im not sure really what a panic attack is.

Im sort of getting sad and worried that I might have this and its gona ruin my life.

I think I have a 35% chance of having it in my opion.

Im age 16 male.

that sounds like a cardio vascular problem (low blood pressure) it explains everything except for the part that youre heart starts pumping fast for no reason that is a sign of high cholesterol

see a doctor!

-Sweaty
-Breathing (shortness)(gasping for air in a way)
-Very shakey
-hot/cold flashes
-dizziness
-constantly thinking about the attack and not on how to get over it

there is so many thing and i recommend looking up some articles online for more symptoms. those are most i go through :[ hope i helped you out a little! Try to relax more often too, have fun and just dont worry about worring about having panic disorder if that makes any sense?!?

it very well could be, i have suffered with numb fingers and toes that was due to nearly fainting, dizziness ,faster heartbeat .never have i suffered pain in my arms or torso tho.feeling like you wanna run somewhere else is a common sign of a panic disorder .i tell you something im having no more of this .. but that’s only a pinch of my symptoms. i will not go on medication .i will not be beaten .because i can win this . if i was you i would get a health check . have a chat with your doc .i think it could be panic attacks ,but im not a doctor ,it could be your blood sugar ,.you need to do this for your own peace of mind . then you can find a way to deal with it …good luck x

Panic disorder is an anxiety disorder characterized by recurring severe panic attacks. It may also include significant behavioral change lasting at least a month and of ongoing worry about the implications or concern about having other attacks.

Many people experience occasional panic attacks, and if you have had one or two such attacks, there probably isn’t any reason to worry.

Is Any Of This Experience Familiar To You?
•Maybe you found yourself in the hospital’s ER because you thought you were having a heart attack only to be told later it was anxiety?
•Do you ever fear you might stop breathing because your chest feels tight and your breathing erratic?
•When you drive do you fear the idea of getting stuck in traffic, on a bridge or at red lights?
•Do you ever feel nervous and afraid you might lose control or go insane?
•Have you struggled with anxious thoughts that will not stop?
•Do you ever feel uncomfortable in enclosed spaces such as supermarkets, cinemas, public transport or even sitting at the hair dressers?
•Are you nervous and on edge in normal situations that never bothered you before?
Do You Feel Any Of The Following Bodily Sensations?
•Dizzy spells leading to panic
•Tightness in throat and chest- shortness of breath
•Racing heart with tingle sensations
•Hot flushes followed by waves of anxiety
•Obsessive worries and unwanted thoughts
•Not feeling connected to what is going on around you
•Overwhelming fear that the anxiety will push you over the edge?
These and other similar uncomfortable sensations are all too common but the truth is you do not have to ever suffer from another panic attack or anxiety attack again

I’ll explain why

Most of the people I deal with have been struggling with anxiety disorders for many years and have usually exhausted themselves looking for a solution in every book, course, or treatment program out there. By the time they get to me, they are very skeptical (as is natural) and have little faith in ever getting rid of their condition.
